New Century US (NCUS) is pleased to announce that it has successfully partnered with the Purdy Group, LLC to win a contract for the Department of State’s Worldwide Vetting and Linguistics Program. This is a 5-year IDIQ contract with a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. Under this contract, NCUS will support the Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS) in its role of providing a safe and secure environment for U.S. Government (USG) personnel working under Chief of Mission authority.
NCUS will facilitate communications and security operations by performing language-related services, including interpreting, translating and transcription. NCUS will deliver security-related support to assigned Regional Security Offices, including assisting with vetting of U.S. citizens, third country nationals, and local nationals supporting the Embassy. NCUS will also provide key support to the background and suitability investigation process, check applicants through U.S. Government databases, and obtain biometrics data for individuals applying for access to the Embassy.
“This is an important new contract for NCUS to expand our base of work,” said President Scott Jacobs. “It demonstrates our capabilities to support operations on a global basis.”
